Zone 4 2023 Men’s Pennants

In Consultation with BOWLS NSW and a couple of inquiries from Clubs

Zone 4 will be conducting a MEN’S Pennant Competition in August This year:

There will be 3 Divisions

Division 2 is for Bowlers Graded 2 & 3  at the end of the 2023 Open Gender Sectional Pennant Play

Division 3 is for Bowlers Graded 4 & 5  at the end of the 2023 Open Gender Sectional Play

Division 4   is for Bowlers Graded 6 & 7 at the end of the 2023 Open Gender Sectional Play

There will be TWO (02) Matches per weekend, both commencing at 11.00am unless Clubs have a mutual agreement to play outside that Scheduled Time

The Matches where possible will be on a home & away Basis, But may have to be Neutral Venues if the Travel is more than a couple of Hours

The Playing Dates are:

Saturday 06th August at 11.00am

Sunday 07th August at 11.00am

Saturday 13th August at 11.00am

Sunday 14th August at 11.00am

Saturday 27th August at 11.00am

Sunday 28th August at 11.00am

Should Playoffs be required to Determine the Zone winner the Match Committee

will find a suitable Date for these Finals.

To Accommodate the MEN’S Pennant the Zone 4 Championship event, Namely the Fours has been rescheduled to:

Sectional Play is Now the First weekend in September Saturday 02nd September & Sunday 03rd September with the Finals series put back to  23rd & 24th September

Nominations are now being Called for and Clubs need to reply – even if they are NOT playing in this event:

This event will only go ahead if the Match Committee consider the nominations sufficient to run any and all Divisions:
